Good Prosecco, lively in the dry and very fresh, characterized by an intriguing mineral trace and a pleasant and well-balanced acidulous vein. Predominantly fruity texture and light herbaceous aftertaste. Fine and widespread perlage with generous foam. Bright yellow colour. The olfactory bouquet is pleasant with notes of green apple, ripe figs, gentian and hay. On the palate there are hints of country flowers, mandarin, pine nuts and custard. Limited blood alcohol level and medium minerality.

Pale ruby ​​red with a purple hint. On the nose hints of red fruits and black fruits such as cherry, currant and blackberry. In the mouth it has a light body, but with a good persistence and an aftertaste of chocolate, vanilla and spices such as clove and juniper berry. Round tannins and overall I would say it is a ready-to-drink wine.

I was disappointed compared to other tastings of Chilean carmenere. It's not bad for goodness sake, and has the particular notes that I usually find in this genre. But it remains a little flatter. Maybe a little young... However, I was surprised by the hints of raw white meat on the nose!

Rosé obtained from Negroamaro grapes, old pink color slightly blurred to the eye. Fine nose with aromas of currants, strawberries and flowers. Lively in the mouth. Perfumed just right..an excellent perlage in the mouth..consistent in flavor..savoury and acidity at the right point. Positively surprised!!!

Love the citrus forward flavor! Grapefruit. Balances a little spice. Will drink again.

Quite excellent for a Chilean Sauvignon- smooth and getting tropical with some herbaceous notes - fresh and complex. Notes of lime, grass, tropical, pear, pineapple, melon, minerals, gooseberry, lemon, kiwi and mango.

Here we have notes as melon, peach, lime, grapefruit, vanilla and toast hints. Sweetness: dry Acidity: medium Alcohol: medium Body: medium Intensity: medium No disappointment, but nothing special. Moderately fruity, little 'thin'. Quite good match with rabbit.

this wine is a bomb of fresh fruit! Taste amazing from the first sip! First full blast of the citrus and a bit of yellow grapefruit. Then come the sweet melon. The wine is well ballanced more acid destinantion than sweet. Aftertaste is solid, very pleasant and stands as great finished of the wine - mix of lemon and apricot. Strongly recommemd to try with other white wine, great paring with food or starter.

Dry, grassy, balanced acidity... sweet, but not sweet in the same time. Very fresh and crisp, a little spicy. Overall, good white

Very very good frizzante. Initially I bought it for cocktails but it's better than that! So fresh and fruity, not too dry, not to bitter. Loved this prosecco!!!!

Second Grifone I tried, not impressive, exactly as the whites. Too light and no after taste

Shiraz is a good honest wine, I wanted to try all Canapi existent out there. I would go for the nero d'avolo, a little more strong than this one.

Loved this Nero d'Avola, of course it's hard to miss one. Medium bodied with chocolate aftertaste, some peppers and spices I can't identify. Good with carbonara, at least this is my way.

Definitely not my wine. Bland and average, and not so easy to drink. Looks artificial.

Could be one of the best santa carolina I ever had.

I am torn. I love Fiano but not Canapi. Still a good wine sometimes, it changes according to my mood. Will try it again and again until I decide if I like it or not. I liked the aftertaste, fruity and tart.

Spicy and smoky I would say... reminds me of coffee somehow, but doesn't last long. Seems young and not my style, probably not buying it again, when there are better choices at the same price. Hate the label too :)

Good cooking wine. Very cheap in supermarkets in Italy, sorry to disappoint. Not drinking quality.

Rather disappointing wine, no special caracteristic to make you remember it. I was also wondering what was that strange label. Smell is nice but taste doesn't live up to the expectations

Easy, soft, light, well balanced, easy to drink. Nothing special, nice blend with fruity notes.

Generally I like Rocca Ventosa. Good quality for the price, not something extraordinary, but good.

Rocca Ventosa is a good brand with solid honest wines. Not all of them are impressive, this one is good for conversation and finger food

A good apassimento, of course not the best. Needs some air and relax before drinking, bur pairs best with spicy pasta.

Oh mio dio. Of course I am biased because I love Italian whites. But definitely one of the best vermentinos I ever had. Flowers, fruits, olives, so much personality and passion.

Round but bland, I would say medium bodied and very high acidity. Aggressive and high alcohol aftertaste. Rather average wine, every day.

This wine has a lot of red fruit and very smooth, very friendly texture, with touches of herbs and spices. A carménère that’s very easy to drink and with no rough edges. Previous vintages were more impressive tho'

After 30 minutes breathing, high acidity, low fruity, oak touch. Generally acceptable, metallic taste at the end, label is horrible.

Beautiful young garnet. Focused, fruity nose with a slightly more mineral background. The palate is very inviting with soft tannins, freshness and more of the same distinctive aromas. A well-made Chianti offering a good rendition of the appellation.

Good size but struggles a bit. The nose is a touch green and murky, but below the surface there's solid raspberry and plum fruit. A good tempranillo afterall.

Ruby red color with violet reflections. The scent is classic red fruit and hints of sour cherries with a delicate spicy touch. The taste is rather medium bodied, with less structure but integrated tannins.

Wow, this is something different! 14'5% but it doesn't burn as expected. If the taste had a color, this wine would be black. Sadly, no coffee taste, but rich in cherry and chocolate. I would say it goes with dessert too.

For a semi sweet merlot, it's not bad, but neither good. Not too heavy, nice chocolate aroma, goes after meal with some tiramisu.

Same as the red, this Georgian left me disappointed. Either I am not used to Georgian wine, or this is not really not impressive. I don't see delicacy, elegance. Too aggressive in taste and flavor

I see bad reviews for this one. I have a slightly different opinion. It's a wine with potential, and paired well, can impress your palate with cherry notes and almond. Give it a second chance.

Decent Nero-Shiraz. Formally semindry but not too sweetish, just fine, just be careful of food pairing.

Impressive white, Spain... I didn't expect to find so much roundness. Clean and tangy, grassy flavours that I particularly love with a finish of citrus fruits.

Just average daily wine. Really cheap also. Light and smooth, easy to drink, nothing special.

I am not sure what is the problem with this wine. I felt a very strong bitterness, covering all other tastes. Hard to drink the second glass.

I was expecting more from a Georgian wine. Sadly, it's too strong and aggressive, and shows no flavor, no delicate notes or aftertaste

Came with the package, I wouldn't normally buy Moscato. I don't intend to drink it, but I used it to flavor some cakes. Great flavor and aroma, pairs well with citrus cakes.

Older vintages are much better vintage. 2020 is a hit and miss, lacks the creamy side of "normal" gewurztraminer. Crisp with rosy nose. Dry grapefruit bites you on end. It is off way off balance towards acid sharpness. Bit too pricey for what is has to offer.

This is not a normal Riesling. Sweet and somehow sparkly. I wouldn't have bought this outside of the predefined set sold here. Not a big fan of Riesling especially the sweet "version", I struggled drinking it. I will give an average voting as maybe it's just not my style.

I've never been a great fan of Zinfandel but this one is so American. This means the tannins are well accented, with black fruit aromas and oaky ones. Dark chocolate and dry fruits. Maybe a little unbalanced but this is how American wins are. A bit of a sweetness present in the finish.

I am surprised by the very good reviews. It is so far from good sauvignon blancs, flat and acidic, too much flavor, you almost can't taste the grape. At the end I could feel an aggressive sourness.

Monastrell (aka Mourvedre), is often used as a blending grape (see the more expensive Châteauneuf du Pape) and it appeared in Spain 2500 years ago. In the glass, Monastrell displays medium purple colour. The wine presents itself with black fruit, pepper and oaky aromas with medium minus intensity. In the mouth very meaty with flavours of plumb and coffee. It is dry wine... for a good price.

Complex and round, with everything quite well-knit at the moment. A successful Reserve, with sweet fruit profile with a spicy twist before the long finish. Perfect for drinking now. Ventisquero has better wines, but still, goes ok.

Pretty good, sturdy and clean. Fruits and minerally notes, with a bit of toast. In the mouth, it's healthy and sweet, with tropical flavors of melon. Finishes sweet, with some vanilla.

Apparently the more recent vintages are getting better. 2015 and before were not so good. This one is surprisingly balanced, fresh, fruity and lemony. Short aftertaste, goes well on it's own or with some light appetizers.

Powerful primitivo, maybe a little too powerful on the tannins and alcohol sensation. Earthy and dark, intense woody and fleshy body, high acidity. Could benefit a little aeration.

I had this first time in the USA, fantastic white wine, with flavorful but balanced notes, nuts and almonds, but also fruity and flowery at the beginning. A little bit disappointing to find it at the same price here as it was in USA.

I had high hopes and when I opened it I was disappointed. Too tannic and strong, licorice taste is intense and confuses the palate. It needs a lot of sitting, decanting, aerating. Maybe this is why it has such a bad score. Give it another try but with patience.

First time in my life trying Primitivo Rosato and I was impressed and shocked. Didn't have high hopes as I don't usually like rose. But the color is absolutely delicious. It's crisp, lightly fruity and highly fun when extra chilled. Lemony and grassy with long aftertaste. Big fan of this one.

There are better primitivos out there. I tried almost everything from Messer del Fauno, it is not convincing me in terms of quality. I would say more average, as table wine, no impressive personality or something to say.

Extremely dry, I liked it as it is but also in cocktails.

To be honest, I took it for cocktails... and those French 75 were amazing. Ashamed to admit, left it overnight in the fridge with a cork, surprisingly, it kept the bubbles. Good choice, and I will always choose Prosecco over average sparkly wine.

Fruity, not too dry and not too sweet. Goes well with sushi and seafood.

Surprisingly good wine. Light crystal yellow. Nose is very subtle. Mix of lemon, flowers and vanilla. Light body, medium acidity, quite sweet wine. Very drinkable and smooth. Mouth is lemon, apricot, honey with tones of vanilla. Strongly recommended.

Crispy and well made Italian Chardonnay. A good service temperature ALWAYS will improves the wine and this one has to be cold. Medium intensity of aromas, excellent acidity, with good alcohol sensation. Dry and medium aftertaste persistence.

Ok, maybe not the best Chianti ever, but still good for the price. A little bit flat and bland, it can be saved with some good italian food. Not impressive for solo drinking.

Very good Carignan wine with very good quality and price ratio. Nice for solo tasting and good for pairing with food. Fruity but also herbal.

My favorite wine is Nero di Troia. This particular one is an extraordinary one. Well-balanced wine with low acidity, low tannin, long fruity finish, good wine with hard cheeses. Dark and strong personality.

I like the name and I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, this product was rather a disappointment because of lack of body and character. Red fruits such as raspberry and cherry weren't enough to persuade me.

Love the strong nose. Taste of blueberries, plum, oak, and some minerals aftertaste which is really enjoyable! However the tannins is rather high, otherwise I will rate this more favorably. Slightly dry and long finish...

Really good Appassimento, of course only for appassimento lovers, otherwise this would come across as too sweet. Careful with the pairing as I don't see it going with heavy pasta types. It's on my shopping list for the future
